Are there any more irritating groups out there right now than these two? I need to come right out and say this. MOL leans “Pro Life”. Whatever the hell that means. But I know this; I believe a baby has the damn right to choose (if he or she could talk) to ask the doctor not to turn the vacuum on in my view.

But I cannot stand the Pro Life Group. They just flat out need to shut the hell up and get jobs! I am so sick and tired of driving in downtown Dallas or up Greenville and seeing the SAME DAMN PEOPLE EVERYDAY parked outside Planned Parenthood Clinics verbally and emotionally abusing poor women in a bind. (Violating all kinds of Bible passages in the name of theoretically defending another!!??) I implore you. Find a Bible study, MOPS group or HomeSchool Co-Op and GET INVOLVED! They need you.

But I gotta be honest here. The “Pro Choice” group is a close second when factoring irritation. The latest ridiculous mantra from those jackasses is “reproductive rights”? What the hell is that? Does that mean women can do what they want with their vaginas and take no responsibility for it? Hand out venereal warts? Yahoo! Woops, pregnant. . Get rid of that one. No biggie . . . it is my right to do what I want with MY reproductive organs. That is like saying to someone who has AIDS, go ahead and sleep around. We cannot tell you what to do with your reproductive organs. Or telling NBA basketball players, go ahead and father children in every city and don’t worry about taking care of those kids. You were just having a good time and exercising your “reproductive rights”. Oh, I guess the NBA guys already do that. Never mind.

For the record, Individual freedom is NOT the highest virtue. Love is. And love left this conversation a long time ago,

I liked your take on this. Wish I had seen it before you were cut off by the Abortion IS Murder guy. Not sure if this is how you feel, but even though I might have a heartfelt position on an issue - perhaps a God-driven position (in my opinion)- if I see someone who has the same view being a jerk in the name of that issue, it makes me want to tell them I am totally against it! Just this morning I told my hubby as we pulled into the church parking lot that I wish we had a Kerry sticker on our car just to see how people would react...and I doubt very much I would ever vote for him.
